OWV is a consulting firm that specializes in creative solutions to promote equitable outcomes from the inside out. Our mission is to transform relationships and empower communities through our Equitable Community-Centered and Led Design, or Equitable Design (ED) for short. Equitable Design centers the voices and experiences of those most impacted by systemic injustices, ensuring that our solutions are effective and sustainable.
