Hello! My name is Chelsey. I am Chickasaw. I am the CEO of One Whole Village Consulting!
I started One Whole Village with one goal in mind: to amplify the efforts of people, organizations, and communities doing the work of transformative equity.
My background in systems of care (mental health, public health, supplemental assistance, etc.), strategy, higher education, public policy, workforce development, economics, and infrastructure is just one small part of what makes our team ready to help you meet any challenge. All our team members and partners bring their own unique blend of perspectives and skills to multiply your capacity. By centering a diversity of experiences, the team will also be uniquely suited to keep equity goals at the forefront in evaluation, strategy, and development actions.
